Elissa Gershowitz is the executive editor at the Horn Book, one of the foremost journals in children’s literature. Gershowitz holds an MA from the Center for the Study of Children’s LIterature at Simmons College and a BA from Oberlin College. She has worked at Horn Book since 2006.
