Courtney Sender's fiction has appeared in The Kenyon Review, AGNI, American Short Fiction, The Georgia Review, among others, and has won the Glimmer Train fiction open, The Mississippi Review fiction contest, the Boulevard emerging writers contest, and the Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival contest. A MacDowell Colony fellow, she holds an MFA from the Johns Hopkins Writing Seminars. She currently studies at Harvard Divinity School and teaches at Grub Street.
